Submit Your Music!
Artists are invited to submit their music for feedback from a panel of media and music professionals during the Listening Feedback Session at Off The Record this year! Panelists include Isaac Allaway, Music Supervisor at Feel for Music, Matthew O’Donnell, Promoter at PCL Presents and Journalist at SNACK Magazine, Rosie Watson, Artist Manager at Kingdom Management and Phoebe Inglis-Holmes, Radio Presenter at BBC Introducing and Live Booking Agent at 432 Presents.

Off The Record, making the most of it…
You're going to be hearing a lot of very useful information from some of the music industry's most experienced individuals. Make sure you bring a notebook and pen to take notes.
We want to encourage you to speak to as many new people as you can and let them know what you are interested in.
Off The Record is a great opportunity to meet other people doing similar things to you, so make the most of it!
If you have a question you would like to ask any of the speakers, please email it to kitt@otrscot.com and we will try to ask it during the panels, there will also be time after each panel to ask questions and connect with speakers.

Getting to the venue
Venue Address: The Pleasance Cabaret Bar, 60 Pleasance, Edinburgh EH8 9TJ (Access to the Cabaret Bar is via the Courtyard Door)
By Train: The closest train station is Edinburgh Waverley. Leaving via the Market Street exit follow Jeffrey Street over the Royal Mile and onto St Mary’s Street. The Pleasance is around a ten minute walk from Waverley Station.
Parking: Please note there is no parking available at The Pleasance Cabaret Bar, on-street parking is available a short walk from the venue.
Accessibility
The venue is accessed via The Pleasance Courtyard, the entrance is on street level and accessed via a flat entranceway. Seating is available throughout the entire event. Seating is available on both levels of the venue with a good view of the stage, to access the lower level of the venue there are four small steps.
Accessible toilets are available on the same level as the entrance, the upper level of The Pleasance Cabaret Bar.

Catering
Lunch will be provided during the conference, catering is vegan / vegetarian and all allergens from attendees ticket registration has been passed on to the caterer. If you have any questions around allergens please email hello@otrscot.com.
Photo Consent Forms
We are filming and photographing Off The Record so you can watch the seminars online after the event. The photos will be used to promote future events. If you are under 18 we require a parent/carer to complete this photo permission form. Preferably consent forms will be sent to kitt@otrscot.com in advance of the event, but if this is not possible, please bring the signed form on the day. Please find the photo consent form here.
