Matthew is a promoter and journalist who has been working closely in the Glasgow and Edinburgh music scenes over the past 8 years. With PCL he promotes gigs across Scotland, and works with local talent on securing larger support slots to help advance their music careers. In addition, he reviews new releases and events for the monthly culture magazine SNACK.
