Founder / Senior Clinician in Physiotherapy / Yoga Educator, Move Again Praxis
Elodie (she/her, they/them) is a senior Physiotherapist as well as an artist, Yoga Educator and early career researcher in Neuroscience & Psychology. Her clinical specialities include neuro-musculoskeletal, Performing Arts Medicine, pelvic health, orthopaedics, respiratory and occupational health. When teaching and practising Yoga, her focus is primarily on Yin & Pelvic Health, meditation, Pranayama and anatomy-physiology, offering a multi-faceted approach with the health and wellbeing of each individual at its core.
Elodie enjoys practising and teaching a variety of movement forms, including dance, martial arts, Yoga and Pilates. A proud member of the LGBTQI+ community, she offers safer spaces to her patients and students from all ages & walks of life, whether in clinical settings, while teaching at university, or when delivering classes in person and online. She has offered regular clinics & classes at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and seasonal classes for LGBT Health and Wellbeing.
