Director - Anara Publishing

As the Director of Anara Publishing, Deborah oversees the growth and strategy of the company, working across many areas of music publishing such as A&R, Sync and Copyright. Since its launch in 2017, Anara Publishing has seen its roster grow to 35 songwriters and composers based around the world and has had sync placements with companies including Apple, Hulu, Netflix, Vice and National Geographic. Prior to taking on the role at Anara Publishing, after graduating from the University of Huddersfield with a BA in Popular Music Production in 2014, Deborah was Head of Client Services at their sister company Horus Music and was responsible for overseeing quality control and maintaining key client relationships with DSP's, labels and artists. An advocate for championing the young talent coming into our industry, Deborah is Chair of the Music Publisher Association's "Futures Group" and has spoken at various industry events for organisations such as PRS for Music, DIY Mag, WOMEX and Sound City.
