NINA RADOJEWSKI

ASSOCIATION OF INDEPENDENT MUSIC

Nina Radojewski works for AIM, the Association of Independent Music, a UK organisation representing independent labels, digital distributors, label services companies and self‐releasing artists amongst its 800 members.

Within AIM, Nina looks after the AIM Academy, an initiative providing training to AIM Members as well as other interested industry professionals. Previous events have included topics such as music law, distribution, sync, digital marketing, and how to raise money in the music industry through funding. AIM will continue its successful AIM Academy events with the goal to take them into all of the UK via various partnerships.

Nina also sits on UK Music’s Skills and Education Programme Board and has been very active showing students routes into the music industry via the Music Academic Partnership Programme.

Prior to working for AIM, Nina moved from her home country Germany to the UK to study Vocal Performance at the Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM) in Guildford. After her time at ACM Nina immediately got an internship for AIM which has since developed into her full time job.
