Dexter Batson
Little Wonder
Dexter has worked at the intersection of music, media and technology for the past 19 years. In five years at the BBC, he worked on the music teams of Radio 1 and 6 Music, as well as on the shows of Annie Mac, Zane Lowe and Greg James. He subsequently looked after Spotify's alternative music programming for the UK, establishing the playlist ecosystem that exists today.
He founded Little Wonder in 2020, plugging a curated roster of artists to UK Radio and managing 4 artists. He has consulted with management companies and record labels during this time, and is part of the Music Managers Forum Accelerator Programme 25/6.
